Jourainne is a Director Tax for the tax practice of Grant Thornton Aruba and Bonaire. Jourainne has been with the firms since 2005 and has almost 18 years of experience in both national and international taxation. With a practice covering the full spectrum of tax law for individual and business needs in all sectors of industry (with a special focus on the hotel and leisure sector), Jourainne specializes in organizing and reorganizing businesses and estates, streamlining business operations and aligning business operations with government requirements. Jourainne has relevant experience in tax planning, tax efficient structuring, tax due diligence, transfer pricing, tax audits and tax disputes in Aruba and Bonaire.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Tax Law, from the University of Maastricht in the Netherlands.
