Grant Thornton Aruba Tax Changes 2023 Seminar

Grant Thornton Aruba is excited to announce that we will host a seminar next week regarding the new tax changes for the upcoming year.

During this 3-hour long seminar Grant Thornton will be providing an in-depth presentation on all the various tax changes which have been proposed by the Government of Aruba to be introduced as of January 1, 2023, which includes changes to the profit tax, personal income tax, BBO, tourist levy, transfer tax amongst others.

Grant Thornton will also be discussing the BBO at import which has been proposed for introduction as of mid-2023. Lastly Grant Thornton will be providing some recent developments related to ground tax cases at the Dutch Supreme Court. The cases relate to the 2019 increase of the ground tax rate from 0.4% to 0.6% and the abolishment of the tax-free sum of Afl. 60,000.
