Licenne Boekhoudt is an accomplished Manager Advisory for Aruba & Bonaire, bringing over eight years of specialized experience in Business Transformation, Risk Management, Human Capital Advisory, and Anti-Money Laundering & Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF). Throughout her career, she has provided valuable insights and tailored solutions to clients across various sectors, including retail, healthcare, tourism, public sector, and energy & utilities.
Her expertise extends to Data Analysis, Operations Improvement, Project Management, and Strategy, enabling her to drive results for both local businesses and governmental organizations. Licenne has played a key role in supporting the Aruban government since 2016, particularly in managing risk and contracts for two of the island’s largest infrastructure projects—Green Corridor and Watty Vos Boulevard—using the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) methodology. These projects have deepened her expertise in complex project management and public sector advisory.
In addition to her advisory role, Licenne has a strong track record in anti-money laundering compliance, having served as the Money Laundering Compliance Officer (MLCO) from 2020 to 2022. She has been the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) at Grant Thornton Aruba since 2022, further solidifying her expertise in the regulatory landscape.
