Rosandra has more than 15 years of experience in the financial field, with 8 years specifically devoted to working as an auditor. Since 2015, she has embarked on her professional journey in Aruba, holding positions at PwC/Grant Thornton and currently serving as the Manager Advisory & Assurance.
Rosandra's expertise lies in conducting external audits for both local and multinational clients, with a focus on various sectors such as healthcare, semi-governmental organizations, pension funds, and utilities. She possesses comprehensive knowledge and proficiency in accounting standards including International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Financial Reporting Standards for Small and Medium-sized Entities (IFRS for SMEs), Dutch Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and International Standards on Auditing (ISA). Additionally, she is skilled in evaluating critical organizational processes and identifying potential areas for improvement.
Rosandra has actively contributed to the internal audit quality team, where she has played a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to Grant Thornton methodology and International Standards on Auditing (ISA). Through this involvement, she has gained extensive expertise in various technical aspects of auditing.
