Grant Thornton Aruba is organizing Corporate Governance (CoGo) Bootcamp to be held on November 23. This course is designed for executives, board members, legal advisors and professionals in the public, private and semi-public sectors, who are passionate about driving effective corporate governance practices and are looking to acquire the tools and knowledge to promote and achieve their personal and/or organization’s CoGo goals. Get to know the control frameworks such as the checks & balances, the risk management, and appreciative inquiry “GRC”, to name a few. The final subject of the course will entail a deep dive into the reporting aspect. How to meet reporting requirements both for financial and non-financial organizations all while maintaining a desired level of transparency.
